Glenn Mueller has been publishing a commercial real estate cycle monitor for a while now. His team is very insightful in helping average Joe's like you and I understand the up's and down's of real estate. The May report shows you probably what you expect to see - recession in most sectors of real estate. The only shining star is the senior housing segment where the Mueller team predicts more growth for following periods. The national monitor is pasted below.
